Performance 1 Friday 7pm

Performance 2 Saturday 10am (conclusion of first rodeo)

Performance 3 Saturday 6pm

Performance 4 Sunday 10am (conclusion of second rodeo)


Any Pee Wees interested in entering the Pee Wee Rodeo Saturday afternoon at 1:30, we will need to know which events they want to enter in, but sign ups and fees are due at the rodeo grounds.


Stalls: $40 per stall/weekend (Includes Shavings)

Camping: $35/weekend - (Bring Extension Cords if Electric is needed)


Family movie night Saturday 30 min after conclusion of 3rd Per Cowboy Church Sunday 8:30 in Red Barn
Each Competitor receives one guest pass $12 for each additional pass at the gate.

April 13-14, New Castle, IN (Multi-State Rodeo)


Indiana Rodeo Entry Forms:
Contestants need to mail forms directly to Indiana with payment, and entries must be post marked by 3/25. There will not be a call in for this rodeo, Indiana is handling all the entries.

Information for New Castle Rodeo
There will be a shoot on Saturday morning for both high school and junior high contestants.
The shoot will start at 8:00 am, at the Monroe Township Conservation Club, 2400 CR 700 S, Muncie, IN 47302. Contestants should meet Jeramy Byers at Stephanie Cox’s trailer and be ready to leave at 7:30 am.

Campfires are NOT allowed on the ground at the facility. You can have a fire if it is in an elevated fire pit, but cannot be directly on the ground.

Stalls are mandatory and only one horse per stall. Camping with electric should be available for everyone.

Saturday and Sunday will both be one long performance. After Saturday’s performance is completed, we will run the Sunday high school poles.
