Announcement March 2, 2020:

Mandatory General membership meeting - Saturday, May 9, 2020

Student Members will vote (for next season) on the Right to Jackpot (ref. Ground Rule #15)

and elect Adult Event Directors (ref. Ground Rule #12). 

District members will elect Directors for 2020-2021,

and elect a Shooting Coordinator and a Queen Coordinator.

Closed Board Meeting for incoming 2020-2021 Directors will be held May 10th to Elect Adult Officers

 Position responsibilities:

At/Before Rodeo: Take entries/fees, position draws, prepare rodeo personnel sheets, stock draws, and oversee timers.

After Rodeo: Payouts, post results, and send results to Points keeper.
Responsible for Association funds, banking, & filing taxes.​

Permits accepted at all regular season Rodeos ($25/fee for weekend)
Students can run on a permit for 1 weekend of the season, however, you will not earn points unless you purchase your membership before the end of that weekend. 
If you decide to purchase you membership, your permit fee will be applied to the cost of your membership.
